Booked an end of lease clean, we were quoted $260 twice on the phone which included both the general cleaning and carpets for a 2 bedroom unit. The cleaners turned up and told us the price would be $448. Quite different! As we were over a barrel due to needing to return the keys the next day, we went ahead with it. They guaranteed the full bond back so we figured it'd be worthwhile for less trouble.
Upon inspection the real estate agent handed me a list of many things that simply hadn't been done. Things like scuff marks on walls and such, basic general cleaning things.
On calling cheap as chips for assistance on this (remember they guarantee the bond) I copped attitude and rudeness, being told off for not inspecting his work properly. Excuse me? Over priced, sloppy work with rudeness and zero customer care to boot. Never again. I've scrubbed the walls etc myself, they should be paying me..

Had our heater fan replaced and the unit serviced. Rob was on time, friendly and happy to offer advice on best use for our system, as we'd just moved in to the house. Feeling very confident that we now have a safe and efficient heating system. Happy to recommend!

Steve made sense of the many keys we were given to our new home, keying many doors alike and leaving us with enough sets of far fewer keys. He was very punctual and reasonably priced. Will definitely be calling on him again in future.

We have been customers at Top Gun for a few years now. When my husband's car died of old age last year, Craig was a great support to us in helping to find a good replacement. We find him to be fast, honest and very reasonably priced. Will remain regulars!

Emma is absolutely amazing. I spent years trying to find a hairdresser I liked who doesn't charge the earth and Emma is wonderful! She comes to you with no extra charge (depending on location), which is fantastic for those of us with small children. Ive always been super happy with my cut her prices are very reasonable. Highly recommended!

We used to be regulars here, not as much these days as the fish isnt as tasty as it used to be. The chips and potato cakes are still awesome though and I love their hot dogs in batter. Friendly staff too.

Love this place. Chicken is always tasty and never dry, and the owners are lovely. Service is usually quick and always friendly and we love the chips, which are made fresh to order.

Cannot recommend this service highly enough to new parents. The nurses are kind, patient and understanding. Have always ended a call to this line feeling better about whatever issue I rang with. Fantastic.

My husband and I attended the Gold Class cinema to see the new Star Trek movie, paid for partly with a voucher we received for Christmas.
We were pleasantly surprised to learn that the tickets come with a box of popcorn and a drink, tickets are costly so this was a nice addition. Having dinner served to us during the movie was novel, but probably not worth it for the high cost of the food received. Still a very enjoyable night, probably worth it simply for the comfy recliners alone.

Have been here a few times in as many months with co-workers for lunch meetings. Always able to find a fairly quiet corner to chat undisturbed, but there is also always a fair wait in the queue to order meals. They could possibly do with putting another staff on to take orders when it's busy - the staff seem pretty run off their feet but remain friendly.
Food is great quality, and the $7 coffee/cake deal for dessert was a hit, massive pieces of cake that nobody could finish after the quality mains.
