Shonky as they come. Charges a call out fee of $140 to do absolutely nothing. Spent 5 minutes to tell me he would repair an extremely bad roof using buckets of silicone. Wow.
Save your time, money and effort calling this 'tradesman'.

We had a leak under the floor, Tom came out on a Saturday and fixed the leak and advised us of the cause He has a very good manner and seriously wishes to help. A refreshing find in these times of money hungry piranhas.

Tom was great. Called me back straight away, came over that evening, diagnosed the problem with our leaky skylight and fixed it pronto. No fuss. Its been raining since and so far so good! Thanks Tom. I would definitely recommend.

I had a plumber attempt to fix the roof twice for the same leak and of course until the next big downpour you don't know whether it has been fixed. It still leaked so I called Tom who diagnosed the problem within 10 minutes and fixed it on the spot. He came on the same day I rang and at the time stated. I have waited until the next storm before reviewing and it is perfect. No leaking whatsoever. Tom will be my new go-to plumber from now on.

Honest, fast , efficient and fixed our leaking roof even though we had had a previous roof man come out and claimed he had fixed it the best it could be fixed. price was cheaper than the other company and the guy was fit and unafraid to walk upright on the roof with great confidence, even pulled some leaves out of the guttering that i should have done weeks ago. very impressed with his knowledge too.

I had a leaking roof that other plumbers gave the wrong diagnosis for and as a consequence didn't actually fix the problem so it kept leaking everytime we had some heavy rain. Tom came out and told me straight away that the Valleys around the Gable Window were actually not installed correctly, within a couple of hours work it was fixed and we havent had a problem since.
