Was suffering from a painful corn that had been attended to by other practitioners without any ease. This gentleman was pain free in his practice and I've had no pain since. Really knows his business.

I had a plumber attempt to fix the roof twice for the same leak and of course until the next big downpour you don't know whether it has been fixed. It still leaked so I called Tom who diagnosed the problem within 10 minutes and fixed it on the spot. He came on the same day I rang and at the time stated. I have waited until the next storm before reviewing and it is perfect. No leaking whatsoever. Tom will be my new go-to plumber from now on.

I had water dripping from the kitchen ceiling after a severe storm, so contacted hireatradesman on line. They contacted us immediately and I was impressed. They sent a tradesman who worked on the roof and as we expected the roof was fixed, we paid the bill, only to have rain dripping from the same place 4 months later. Hireatradesman sent the same man who advised us that the rain was entering the house from a different place and he subsequently claimed the second leak fixed. I doubted this was the case but couldn't prove otherwise so I paid the 2nd bill. Later when the ceiling leaked again in the same place, I tried to claim the damage on insurance. The insurance company would not pay because they claimed the area had deteriorated from wear and tear. This was the same area Hireatradesman was supposed to have fixed and sealed. Eventually, after advising them I was going to take legal action the money was returned. I would not use this business for any trade in the future.

New kitchen in a unit in Carnegie. Brian was extremely helpful in designing what we required, a very good cost compared to all other quotes we received and very time conscious of sticking to his forecast of completion date. It was a pleasure and surprise to find a company so efficient and "human".
