I have had Tom doing all of my plumbing work since I heard of them 12 months ago and I couldn't recommend him or his team highly enough. I first called and he was around that afternoon, took me through all my options & explained the costs to me in detail - he is always friendly, direct & professional. The work has always been finished promptly and everything is finished to a really high standard - never had to worry! And plus, he is cheaper than any other plumbers I have ever had out to quote my works. For a quality plumber who is upfront with all costs & gets the job done right, I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Tom came highly recommended by family in Princes Hill who had him do their new roof. From the first phone call, I was reassured. He was at my home the next morning and was friendly, efficient and professional. He took the time to go through the different options and costs with me, and I had my leak fixed and new oven installed the next day. I was able to pay on the day via eftpos and his price was very fair and comparatively low. I am thoroughly impressed and grateful to have found Tomplumb!
