Very poor customer service and quality!! More interested in money than getting a good result the client is happy with.
Got my hair coloured, and when it was not the colour expected (copper rather than golden brown) they charged another hundred to try to fix it, trying to blame me for not understanding their colour mixing. Still left with hair I'm unhappy with, uneven colour blending and $400 out of pocket.

This was nothing short of devine professional pleasure - not only did l come out feeling & looking a million bucks, l felt like all the staff were pleasant, very well educated & gave very honest thoughts & opinions on my hair colour & cut. Julie is a pure DELIGHT in personality & her experience & excellence in cutting hair made me feel so happy. It truely was the best cut l`d ever had not to mention the delicious hot chocolate & coffee they gave me too. l would recommend her to anyone. Julie is so creative in fitting the hair cut to the face, colour etc... AND the fact that l have small children who l had to pick up in a hurry Julie & her staff were unbelievable, getting done to my colour & cut very quickly - I WAS IN & OUT LOOKING LIKE CARRIE FORM SEX IN THE CITY IN NO TIME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
MY HUBBY THOUGHT I WAS GORGEOUS TOO. I`II BE BACK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!THANKYOU GIRLS.

When I first moved to Port Melbourne I decided to give Toni & Guy a go as I've always used them in the UK, however, just like the UK T&G seem to rely on their name now rather than being good hairdressers. It's not just the quality of the cut and colour (which was very disappointing) but the quality of their customer service. The receptionists are always very friendly but the stylist or colourists seem to be in a rush. The guy cutting my hair didn't even see it before it was washed (I should have spoken up then, I know) and the colour wasn't what I wanted at all. The girl washing my hair kept banging the shower nozzle on the sink or on my head and splashed water over my face constantly. I won't be going back.

I expected more for the price

After a recommendation from a friend, I went here for a cut and colour. I was in the mood for a change in style and/or colour and hoping that a good stylist would give some advice. But the hairdresser (Julie) talked me out of it. I think she was in a hurry and didn't want to waste time talking about it. I came away feeling like I'd paid for a good stylist but could have got the same result from most places.

Approximate cost: $0

I find this very hard to believe as I have been seeing Julie for the last 10 years . I also know a lot of celebrities are loyal customers.
