this is a great shop to buy your handbags or shoes. Last time i was there i brought a lovely handbag that has now lasted me for years. they have great customer service, very kind and friendly and a wide selection of discounted shoes and bags! love a bargain so im always looking for sales and they seem to have great prices for there shoes and handbags here

Really like this store however I wish there were more bargains! Lots of items are full priced and with an outlet Id like to see more discounts. Good to have a store locally though!

I love Tony Bianco shoes so it's great to have a local outlet. The service has always been friendly and helpful (not pushy) and I have picked up some great bargains! Sometimes the shop has a lot of full priced items which defeats the purpose of an outlet, but when the sales are on, they are great!

I love this shop and are often in there getting a really good deal! Once you ask staff for help, they are great. Even the older gentleman who works there is helpful!

I love this store, the staff are amazing and never seem concerned about you trying on every pair of shoes in store. They are always willing to help you out and seek out the best deals available. They have fantastic sales and are almost always at 70% off. Great quality shoes and the most competitive prices.

I actually found the staff to be very helpful. Really depends on the day as to the stock and availabilty of ur sizes.. Last time i was in melbourne I bought 20 pairs of shoes :) but i went to this outlet and the one at collingwood

Saw the earlier review, and decided to check it out myself as I'm always going past. Yes - easy selection, and prices ARE cheaper than elsewhere. Scavenged through one of the sale bins for a great pair of grey heels marked down by $50.00 ! Unfortunately, service was lacking, rather than dreadful. (Or is that dreadfully lacking ?)

This store is a great clearance site for some of their gorgeous shoes! They have it all set out in sizes so that you can go straight to your size and see what they may have in stock. Their prices are much cheaper than the leading department stores, but the service is dreadful.
