I have three dogs and two have had numerous complex issues. Diana, Louise, and Paul have been exceptional in their diagnosis and treatment (and referral when necessary). I have never felt like 'a number' and they always spend time and answer all my questions. Sometimes the answer is 'I'm not sure' but it's always followed up with 'but I will find out for you / ask a specialist'. I have never had a problem with under / over servicing (never recommended unnecessary tests) and they will always discuss pros / cons of treatment options. There is always a follow-up phone call to check on the progress of my dog following a consultation. I feel all the staff genuinely care about my dogs and are passionate about their job. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Dianne and her team are fantastic. They have looked after us a number of times and have always been great.

The entire team at the clinic are highly professional, caring and nurturing. Our pets are always well looked after wether it be for some simple grooming or a more serious medical condition. Always greeted with a smile and a friendly chat. Good not recommend them more highly.
