Enjoyed a meal of fish and chips supplemented with some calamari. Ate it near the river and was another meal I did not have to provide. Neat and clean shop with parking near it

A nice little fish and chip shop in Echuca. It has a great variety of fresh fish to choose from and the chips and potato cakes are all cooked perfectly. The customer service here is great. I recommend this shop to anyone who is in the area.

Approximate cost: $15

We had a gathering in Apex Park and this was the closest food outlet, and you think "ah well, it will do"...but one of the locals said it was pretty special so we went for it. The specials seem to steer you towards whatever they have plenty of, but I wanted Flake and some dim sims. They did a Flake pack for $8.50 which is pretty good value comparatively to anywhere else and dim sims at 90c each so I bought two packs and 4 dimmies. The flake is heavenly, so perfectly cooked and the batter was very light, crispy and tasty and the dimmies came out sensationally also - I could have kept going on those - don't think I could imagine better quality unless you start looking at those South Melbourne icons. The chips I think let them down - they were over-oily and they were a bit tight-fisted with the serviettes.

We had dinner from this shop on a two night stay in Echuca a few months back. The shop is small but with plenty of seating. There are a lot of selections available, and a lot of combo-packs to choose from. We went with our standard fare of fish, potato cakes, dim sims, chips and all was quite nice. Seasoning wasn't over-done and the price was about average. Location is easy to get to and parking isn't too difficult. Service was friendly also.
