We had our house re-keyed, a lock fixed and an old padlock cut off and replaced. The service was on time, really efficient and very professional.

I decided to give them a go after reading all the good reviews here on the website. I was certainly not disappointed. Sean was the person attending to my house call and got straight onto it after listening to my requirements. He was polite and quick, and tested all locks and the duplicated keys to ensure they were working properly. All in 5 locks were rekeyed.

Sean came out promptly for the replacement of a broken lock - a temporary lock was installed until a new lock that looked the same as before was ordered and could be installed. All available options were explained to me before I needed to make a decision. I would certainly use Top Lock Locksmiths in the future.

I had locks and door handle replaced as the doors had very cheap and basic items on them. The gentleman was very helpful and explained the differences between the old lock and what the better use the new lock would be. I had a busy week and only provided a short notice to Locksmith however I was able to get everything done on the same day I made the call. Service was quick and efficient. I would definitely use them again even if I have to pay a few dollars extra due to the friendly and professional service I obtained. The only disadvantage would be that value wise I would I am not 100% sure as I was not able to shop around.

I had an external door lock changed by Sean. He was prompt, courteous and very professional. I'll be calling them again the next time I need a locksmith.

We got locked out of our apartment at night (around 9pm) and Justin arrived in about half an hour to drill the lock out and replace its inner cylinder. Our job was originally assigned to Sean, who was on another job at the time. However, when Justin discovered Sean's other job was going to take a while, he came over himself.
