Jason the locksmith man rang me to tell me he would be slightly late. They turned up, started immediately and were finished quickly and lock works perfectly with additional keys. Value for money!! thanks heaps

I locked out myself with no spare key as my neighbor was overseas. Called 3 different locksmiths with all not available within 2 hours. Finally called Toplock, they responded within 30 minutes. They stick with the price even though the job took more than an hour and the guy had to replace the lock. Great work.

I needed an out of hours locksmith to fix a door lock for me. I called four locksmiths who claimed to service all suburbs within 1 hour, but was knocked back by 2 and the other 2 told me it would be up to 2 hours before anyone could help. I called TopLock and he came out straight away, fixed the lock in no time at all, and charged just a small amount above the call out fee. Fantastic service!!

I locked my keys in the car and had to leave it at parking lot. Toplock was willing to negotiate a time - if he (can't remmember name) had time he would have picked me up at home (at midnight) to get back to my car but managed to meet me earlier the next morning on his way to another appointment.
