I took my teenagers here and we managed to find some reasonable clothes. We spent up big as we only shop twice a year. We were made aware that there was a personal shopping service available with no obligation. The next day I phoned to make an appointment. A young man answered..."no problem we have appointments all day, we are not busy at all". During the conversation about what we wanted to cover, I mentioned that as we had spent a lot of money the previous day I was unlikely to spend much today during the appointment. Young man "went to check with the girls" I could hear whispering in the background. When he came back to the phone "I'm sorry one of the girls has gone off sick there are absolutely no appointments today"Draw your own conclusions.

Go in store and try on the clothes - then buy online. Who needs good customer service - the attitude of sales people seems to suggest they don't need customers...

That's such a disappointment! I've been to Topshop and found so many nice things with lovely people and it is a shame to hear the customer service is so terrible!

This place has a decent selection of clothes and accessories, you're probably bound to find at least one thing you like. There are staff located a each entrance to greet you and all other staff members seem pretty stressed because it gets very busy. Despite the great atmosphere and cool tunes, the prices are way too expensive for the quality of the clothes.

I went in on the opening weekend when it was admittedly very busy. But I was led astray by 3 sales assistants who just "Didn't have the time to serve me". Found the customer service appalling and thought that the fashion wasn't all that great either and was overpriced. However, if you are metro than this is the place to go.

Almost guaranteed to find at least one thing you want. Most items are disappointingly a little expensive though. They charge just enough that you question your need for it but if ya really want it you end up buying it anyway. Extensive variety, their range already in the couple of weeks open the mercy has changed. Queue for changing rooms so wouldn't recommend going round lunch time, it's packed but will most likely be like this for a while to come. Plenty of staff who a really friendly and helpfull.
