the kebabs are large and value for money but service is poor, no smile no greet just " what would you like" clean and tidy business and food tastes great so 3/5 for me

i always eat kebabs as they are and easy thing to eat ,the kebab i purchased here was wrapped in baking paper and cooked ,once cooked the paper was so stuck it ripped the wrap to bits leaving bits of paper stuck all over it,the kebab would not stay together and was completely unrolled and a mess(looking like a gross pizza),needing a plate and a knife and fork i asked the shop only to get a plastic knife and fork .By this stage i was fuming i took it back in and asked if this is normally how you serve you kebabs and her answer was always and we have never had a complaint,i dont believe this for a minute. We were offered no sorry or anything she just turned her back.Normally you would be offered a refund but we were offered nothing so we demanded our money back which was rudely given back.If you like disgusting service ,rude people and awful looking food you might like it otherwise i do not recommend this for anyone this is the worst kebab shop I have ever seen and i love my kebabs.
