Hired expensive tooling that was never used (we had to pay or). Sent emails an texts but never responded. We Made a reasonable offer, but just sent their legal [redacted inflammatory comment] onto us. Bad experience, not recommended.

We had an issue with our toilet, the water was leaking out the back every time we flushed. The plumber from Toscano Plumbing came to my house in Camberwell on the weekend and sorted the issue in about 30 minutes. I was only charged for the 30 minutes as well, not the full hour which I was very impressed about.
