Total Home inspections were great to deal with. They were able to schedule the inspection at short notice, arrived on time and were very thorough. I found their customer service to be excellent. I was able to call and ask questions and have technical details explained in a way that I could understand. Very happy they were recommended to me.
Terry came out and did the building Inspection and a pest report. He was efficient courteous and didn't miss a trick. I was very confident that I had bought the right house after examining the Building and Pest Reports provided. I would recommend Total House Inspections to do the building and pest reports every time.
