The cleaning products he sources are the environmentally-friendly version of all of the toxic ones you will get in the supermarket, but do an even better job as they do, without the toxic chemical smells and irritation to your skin and lungs. Glenn has an excellent knowledge of exactly which cleaning product suits each individual job, and provides an excellent result every time. He is particularly careful and gentle on delicate surfaces, whilst still getting a brilliant clean. He does exactly what he says he will do, with no fuss and no bother. Highly recommended.

Glenn is an exceptionally professional and dedicated carpet cleaner. He takes pride in his work and will give you honest, direct advice on how to avoid needing his services in future. We've tried a number of different cleaners and Glenn's approach (using organic, natural bacterial based solutions) provides lasting results. In our case Glenn cleaned a 120 square meter three bedroom apartment with moderate urine damage due to our dog. Other companies have charged in excess of $300 for the same job with much worse results that didn't last like Glenn's. Keep up the great work Glenn!

Glen did a great job reviving our 15 year old wool carpets that had endured a cat and dog and not seen a professional cleaner for years. He took time to explain about his work and products, and had obviously done an enormous amount of research on procuring the greenest and safest yet effective products around. Great job, Glen! Glenn did a fantastic job cleaning our carpets as part of the process of getting our house ready for sale. They look like new again, smell good and are now light and fluffy once more. He worked really hard cleaning up any stains. We would certainly recommend him ahead of any of the other carpet cleaners we have used previously
