We had come up to The Entrance North with our caravan for a self made long weekend from Sydney. We found that our electric wiring to the van was fried in our new Land Cruiser 300. Claude was recommended to us by Matt from Norm Beatty’s Auto Electrician as Matt was too busy to fit us in at such short notice (Thanks to Matt for all his help as well!). Claude said he would come round to the caravan site we were staying at, to take a look. Not only did he arrive at more or less the time he said he would, but he did as much analysis of the situation as he could, and advised us that we actually had two problems - one with the car wiring and one with the van’s wiring. We found Claude willing to share whatever he could to help us make a decision on our next step, and he only charged us the call out fee after spending almost an hour with us! We are heading back to Sydney, our home, tomorrow, and unfortunately Claude does not service the Sydney area - otherwise i would not hesitate to commission him to fix the car wiring as well as the van issues. I cannot recommend Claude highly enough! Thank you Claude!
