I regularly shop in this store because they stock the "hard to find" products. They are priced about the same as department stores, so are competitive (although I found the gaming X-box, DS games are expensive). They have a great range of toys and great if you are looking for a child's gift. The staff however I found really unhelpful on my past two shopping trips there, to the point they were actually a bit rude. I will give them the benefit of the doubt though and return to this store again purely for the range of stock. They have everything for baby too.

ENORMOUS range! They stock just about everything you could possibly think of in the way of toys, from dolls to trucks, dress-ups to remote controlled spiders!

Great one stop shop for all your kids Xmas shopping!

I was expecting my first child and I got a gift of $250 for toys r us... I used it in the babies section I got a bouncer, walker, blankets, pram liner and a few other little things.. I think it's fabulous place to shop if you want quality baby gear that will defiantly last ! The staff there were also by helpful !

my first visit to this store was several years ago and i found myelf flat on my back on the floor and the staff were so concerned with what happened but that is another story even today they have a great range of toys for boys and girls and even young adults, the staff are still so helpful and know there products and that is something that is good for a person who doesnt visit toy stores much keep up the good work and i shall be back again for my christmas shopping, i find your prices better than toyworld

This is an absolutely fantastic store, I bought many of my kids Christmas presents here in 2012. The kids love to wonder around the store as it has such a huge variety of toys and a lot of them are on the floor as you walk around so the kids can try them out. It's a bit like a play while shopping and the kids always get a helium balloon on the way out.

this shop can have some amazing specials. i was hunting down some lego and found it hiding in this store. a huge range from computer games to baby stuff. they also raise money for charity which is cool.
