I get my plumbing spare parts from them and they are quite helpful. I had to replace some spare parts for my Kohler toilet suite until I couldn't get them anymore when the model was discontinued. We also went to their showroom to check out other toilet suites to replace the Kohler but eventually decided to get the Caroma Milan from Reece as they were cheaper there and waiting time for stock was quicker.
