we had initally gone to a Tradetools store at Capalaba but were ignored by all the staff for over a half an hour,so remembering the great way we were treated previously via the phone and then in store,we decided to drive over to the northside of town to Tradetools at Geebung. the service has not changed at all.they had to order the tool we wanted but a discount was given for the inconvenience.and they kept us informed via phone when it arrived next day and put it in our vehicle. the manager listened to our tale about Capalaba store and left us in no doubt that he was not happy with them and that he will follow it up. will always go a bit further for the kind of service we received.
