Train Traders

I have had good service every time I have dealt with them.

"CAUTION" If you value your model railway Loco's I would strongly suggest you give these people a miss.
My experience was disastrous, five Locos were sent for Service/repair. It took 3 months to return them and when received, 3 of the five Loco's were badly damaged, which could have only happened due to their mishandling and lack of either care or ability.
To add insult to injury, none of the Loco's was improved in their running, having supposedly had a service to rejuvenate their running ability.
When questioned on the matter they professed shock horror and suggested they could have been damaged by Australia Post, sadly this old chestnut is not possible as the box’s were undamaged.
Have not heard from Train Trader since and don't expect to, so have had to throw away 2 X sound and 1X digital Loco.
An $1100 Lesson in who to trust !!!

If you are interested in model trains this is the place to go. Lots of interesting models that I have not seen elsewhere. Service is very helpful.
