Terrible customer service. Truck did not arrive. Horrible communication. Do not book this company. I booked a 1-4pm time slot for our move today.
At 3pm I was getting worried and was assured that the truck would be at my house despite them running behind.
I called again and was told the truck would be coming. At 6pm I got a text to say they were cancelling. They did not even have the decency to return my call, just a text. I told them I had a little boy, my power was being disconnected etc they said ‘it’s outside of office hours, send us an email’ . If I could give 0 stars, I would.
