We have moved with Transcorp four times now. The first two were good and they did well. The third we had two very expensive items broken and no compensation or even apology but due to previous experiences gave them a chance. Our most recent move this weekend they lied and charged us for an hour and a half more than they did, that's $200 extra and will not refund the money and deny that they took less time. I am currently brinigng this to Consumer Affairs through a formal complaints procedure to get our money back. Not to mention that they turned up an hour and forty minutes late. To pass this onto other customers DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY. They lied about their time and the internal complaints procedure is completely inadequate and the company takes the side of the removalists even with hard evidence.

I have received and email regarding your review and it does come as a surprise as I just looked into your job file and there is clear information regarding the sign proof of and the charges seem correct. I therefore must assume that you are disputing the signed paperwork performed by your partner, is that correct? It reads you had card issues and ended up paying by cash (the correct amount too)

There is also no record of damages and this review is the first mention of it!!

Anyway I will ask some questions tomorrow to help get to the bottom of your concerns as we don't like to have any unhappy customers. This is why you may have had a couple of staff try and resolve your concern (reading the job notes). All of our documents are transparent with costs and charges. We are one of a very few companies that publish rates and conditions of bookings without issue. Regardless I'm sorry for any inconvenience this has caused you and whilst I will also look into your concerns I kindly request you find time to read your quote and booking confirmation. Hi Bee Bee, We have spoken about your matter and the removal team estimated the finish time incorrectly as your husband had to leave before the job was completed. I have taken action and sorted this misunderstanding and a credit has been applied to your account. You have stated that this solves the dilemma on the day and you are total satisfied. Your review still appears after you mentioned that you would take if off. Regardless thanks the same and sorry for any issues on the day.

Recently my husband and I used Transcorp as our removalist for an interstate move and I just wanted to say what great service we received.

From your initial competitive quote, through to revised quotations with Glen (who was very patient with the variables of the move) and finally the actual move with Mohamed (who was professional, efficient and helpful), the whole process was hassle free and all our furniture arrived safely (which was most important). Dear Adam & John,

I just wanted to let you know
that I was very pleased with the
way the Big Move went,.

Everything happened on time.

The pick-up was smooth and likewise the delivery.

Mat, Kyle and Will were all first rate -
very smart when it came to unloading -
and putting everything down in the right place.
And good at remembering where smaller
items were. Nothing misplaced or broken.

Peter was also just fine, delivering
the cars - very efficient.

I hope I will not need to do
another such move for quite a long time.
But, if I ever do need to do so, would
be very pleased to use Transcorp
once more.

And I would certainly

and especially the Team who did
my move.
