Transcorp Australia were champions! We had Lam and Manoli on the day and we couldn't have asked for more professional and courteous guys. The entire experience was amazing with the sales team and the operations manger keeping us in the loop throughout the whole experience. Highly recommend this great company who treat you like a person rather than just another number.

Also... for those looking for a moving company that doesn't smash the crap out of your stuff, and spends the time to literally wrap ALL your furniture with padding... this is the group. They clearly understand that doing good business means you stay in business!

We moved house in Melbourne and because of our settlement time meant that we needed a furniture removalists that held the goods overnight and delivered it the next day. We have very expensive furniture and needed a removalists that had a lock up storage yard. Transcorp did and didn't have to double handle our goods. We got our goods re-delivered to the house a few days ago and everything went perfect and it only cost us an overnight hold charge (1 hr on truck). Great moving service by Transcorp. We are happy from the first phone call to the removal team. We are happy to write a nice comment and we have also let the Transcorp fleet manager know too. Thanks.

moved from a 2 bedroom plus study double story townhouse in Prahran to a 3 bedroom single story home in Elwood. The service was excellent - from the friendly staff that took my inital inquiry through to the 2 drivers that came and helped us move. Not one item was scratched or damaged, they were very careful. Tyson (fleet manager) was especially fantastic. Highly recommend Transcorp to anyone.

Excellent, polite and cheaper than others. The guys were so professional and never scratched a thing. Transcop has NO Depot charges so we tried them as we noticed it on their web site. Great decision and it saved us money....we need it all to pay off the new house. Definately recommend them so call them if you are moving house.

We were not sure if we should book a truck ourselves or book a furniture removalists but when we looked online we noticed different prices and so many companies. We decided to go with Transcorp Removals and Storage as they charged Door to Door and have won so many awards for their service. They are true to their word and the experience has been 10/10 so we have written this reference. Best decision to book a removalists rather than doing it by yourself. Ta maxy

We recently moved from Melbourne to Brisbane with this company. They came recommended by friends who had recently done the same move.
Their quote was competitive and comprehensive so we went ahead feeling confident in the service they would provide.
They turned up late (mid after noon as compared to early morning that we had been informed) and with only 1 man with the truck (not the two we had been quoted and paid for!) I had to help the driver which I was happy to do and we managed to get everything loaded by about 6.30pm. The driver informed us he would be in Brisbane in three days and headed off. We left that night and arrived in Brissy two days later.
The truck turned up after 4 days with not much of an explanation.
I rang and emailed regarding a refund for the second man that was quoted and paid for but have got absolutely nowhere. I'm wouldn't recommend them as we never received the service we paid for and have very little chance af ever seeing any refund

We moved from Melbourne to Ballarat recently. These guys were great. Not a single thing was damaged or broken. They were happy for us to help load and unload to speed the job up. We had been given quotes from other companies where they were predicting that the move would take 2 days. These guys did it in 7 hours including the 2 hour drive. Well done!
