Excellent team of arborists. They were very professional and friendly. They are a team with experience and work efficiently. Site was left clean and tidy.
The communication with the office was very good, the staff was responsive to our enquiries.
Overall we are very happy with their work and recommend them.

I thought the work Tree FX did was exceptional. The arborists maintained the shape of the tree whilst allowing a lot more light for into the backyard which was what l was after. I was impressed by how well they worked in a constricted inner city backyard. Everything was cleaned up and left neat and tidy. A horticultural friend recommended Tree FX.

I’m a highly critical customer but there is nothing whatsoever for me to suggest could have or should have been done better.
The team of five arborists were magical to watch - incredible team work. And they kept working beyond a really intensive 8 hours to get the job finished to a very high standard right down to the last branch.
It was also quite inspiring to see the way they are obviously training their youngest team member and gave him instructions and time on the tools.
This is what customer service was like in the good old days.

Very professional company. The chaps who came were very friendly and were in complete control of the job in hand.Everything that we requested was done and they left the place clean, they also left us a nice pile of mulch. The ladies in the office were on the ball and the quote was very reasonable.

So impressed by Dean & his team for the professionalism presented all through the tree removal process at my property. Good listening & understanding to the requests, so skillful when removing trees, so considerate in handling the removed trees and in cleaning the site--even in the last day for the last workman. Actually loved the fact that the crew were laughing during the day - obviously enjoyed working together and it certainly didn't stop them doing a terrific job.

Was told on first inspection that customers could keep mulch from cut tree parts which is why I went with the company. On the day they said that they were unable to access my driveway/front yard and they took the mulch with them. This could have been avoided if they would have inspected the place properly. They did what they said they would do, site was a bit messy but I guess that's part of the job of moving large branches around. Communication on the day via sms was good.

Dean & his team did a great job in difficult storm damaged terrain. They were flexible and very easy to work with. Great job !

Noise was a big issue for us and TreeFX delivered a team with ' whisper quiet' electric trimmers to prune and cut boughs. Amazed at how quiet and easy the whole experience was. So grateful.

Inspection of the tree meant it needed to be removed. Tree FX got necessary council permission and carried out the job with great professionalism. Small damage to a fence was rectified by them. This company made the whole experience so easy.

TreeFX was professional at every step in its service to remove a large dead gum tree amongst a number of plants that had just got going. The work was completed with no interruption to neighbours in the adjoining court. The place was well cleaned afterwards. It was a no-surprise operation that took one and a half days. And it was the lowest quote I received for the work.

We are a development of 27 townhouses and the scope of works was quite extensive. We needed a large eucalyptus tree and a decent number of small trees removed in addition to some formative pruning.
Dean and Caryn was great to deal with for the quote and arranging the time after contracting them for the job. Then, not only was Dave and his team on time, they were incredibly accommodating and very friendly to deal with.

From first contact with Treefx with Caryn, Office Manager to Dean who came to our home to quote, through to the team who yesterday removed all the branches of our two large Liquid Ambers that were hanging on top of our roof. We could not have been happier, with their work and professional approach. Price was reasonable, everything done on time and great clean up afterwards. Such a pleasure to have this job done pain free. Would absolutely recommend Treefx without hesitation.
