Hmm After three staff had to ask your two children (around 6-7 times) not to touch expensive crystals, not to swing books by their covers for fun, and not to damage sacred objects, whilst you sat on the street without them and/or did nothing in-store , and after you brought your daughter to the counter at least five times expecting us to add clearly priced marbles to suit her budget, whilst you confused yourself, your child and our staff as to who and how the payment was even to be taken, or what was actually being purchased, whilst your child, again, was picking up $300 crystals while you did nothing, NO, we do NOT accept your parenting style in our store, where many other respectful children pour through our space with their kind, aware and educated parents. A shame for your need to falsify the situation on the internet in the hopes of defaming us. Please find a more responsible and respectful approach to retail stores and their staff. Good day.

This is the lady who pushed our staff rudely about three times for a discount on an item despite having just been gambling at the horse races. Enough said.

As for gambling at the races it was Melbourne cup week and I won a couple of sweeps hardly a colourful racing identity

I could recommend a few customer service training courses but you'd probably throw a hissy fit at that too
I don't care what your opinion of me is the fact is I was a customer and your supercilious attitude is not in keeping with the business you're trying to run
What you don't know is that I had been into your shop twice before and recommended it to many others but have now advised them not to patronise your establishment

Things you dont seem to understand:

We do not offer discounts in-store, nor we do accept entitled and/or abusive behaviour from customers.

We have boundaries, and in alignment, are content to hear that your lying, swearing self will not be returning to our space, where you are not welcome, and if you are lying and swearing about us to any of your private connections, we are happy that none of those energies or connections are returning either, that are not welcome.

If you wish to continue demanding discounts from small businesses, please accept that NO is most often the answer, and abusing staff in-store / using expletives on the internet is a highly unevolved and down-right disrespectful response. Retailers should not be put in the position of denying a discount in the first place.

Lots of lessons emerging for you.

For us, you are a common minority of horrid and unnecessary customers who get grumpy and swear online when they dont get what they want.

Please think on your actions, grow up, and go find another store to bully with your personal issues.
