My washing machine was flooding so called Russel. The hose didn’t have the correct end so Russel just clamped it and said That’ll do. It didn’t and the laundry flooded. They sent an apprentice to have a look and he put on a new hose. Started leaking again.Just had an expert take a look and he said a cheap hose was put on instead of correct one for washing machine and that the hot and cold inlet pipes were on the wrong way round. Was charged $240 dollars for this abysmal service plus what it’s costing me to get fixed properly. Don’t use this man.

We had tried to get another plumber to come out but weren't happy with their service so called Russell Treloar Plumbing instead. Russell Treloar came out and installed my new hot water service. He arrived at the arranged time and was very friendly and professional. His prices were quite reasonable. I am glad to have found a reliable plumber.
