Naren is the most amazing physio and person. My mum had a major stroke and Naren has been such an important part of her recovery. He visits her twice a week at her care home and she has progressed from being in a wheelchair full-time to being able to walk with a wheelie walker. Naren has been wonderful at communicating with me about my mum. During lockdowns, he is able to visit with full PPE and he takes the trouble to communicate regularly to tell me how she is going. He videos parts of sessions so we can see her progress. He thinks about her as a whole person, taking her to the garden of the care home to do some exercises so she can enjoy the outdoors.
My mum thinks he is astoundingly kind, clever and great at his job and so do I. If you have never had to worry about someone you love in an aged care home, you have no idea how much this extra care means. It means the absolute world to us. Thanks Naren.
