Sat for over an hour waiting for them to turn up to an appointment I had pre-arranged with them on the phone only 2 days earlier. I called again on the afternoon I was waiting outside their shop and left a message - it's now 5 days later and I still haven't heard anything from them. No 'sorry for inconveniencing you', no 'sorry for not turning up', no nothing. Obviously doesn't want the business - go elsewhere.
