I know I was a difficult customer, but the staff had patience with me and nothing was too much trouble. I ended up with a guitar I love to play and they are going to give it a free service as well. I can't praise this shop enough.

My AKG K361 headphones were a steal but the fact that TM threw in a free travel case for my headphones was the cherry on top (my Beyerdynamic DT880 'phones fit perfectly in the AKG branded case, fwiw).. Free shipping on top of all that - bravo - we need more retailers like this in Oz. Even though I am only a consumer and this is a pro audio store, I will definitely check them out in future.

I ordered an audio interface from these people. It arrived, but unfortunately it was not up to standard. The interface was clearly marked "FRAGILE" on the box. However, Turramurra Music did not package it in anything other than brown paper. It was traveling from the New South Wales to Western Australia and they didn't put any protective padding on the item whatsoever. I was a bit nonplussed when I got it. I expressed my annoyance about the wrapping, and I was later told that if I wanted a refund they would have to get it back and they would decide if there was anything wrong with it. The attitude was disgusting and showed no respect for the customer before or after the receipt of the item. The problem with any electrical equipment, like an audio interface, is that there may be no signs of damage at first after poor handling in the post, but it can cause serious problems down the line and reduce the life span of the unit. The audio interface should have been sent with due care. Turramurra Music is the worst music seller that I have encountered on eBay. I would not recommend them at all, and would never do business with them again.

My son is into music, went to the shop to buy him a new guitar, the staff were helpful in pointing out the differences in the guitars the tones/sounds the guitars could produce. They gave him two the guitars to try in the sound proof room, I think they must have cranked the amp up to 11, to make sure he could hear !! Being allowed to play them in a realistic environment helped him make up his mind. We do all of our music shopping there the prices are really good, staff are super friendly and helpful. Nothing ever seems to faze them as they are always joking behind the counter.
