I ordered an audio interface from these people. It arrived, but unfortunately it was not up to standard. The interface was clearly marked "FRAGILE" on the box. However, Turramurra Music did not package it in anything other than brown paper. It was traveling from the New South Wales to Western Australia and they didn't put any protective padding on the item whatsoever. I was a bit nonplussed when I got it. I expressed my annoyance about the wrapping, and I was later told that if I wanted a refund they would have to get it back and they would decide if there was anything wrong with it. The attitude was disgusting and showed no respect for the customer before or after the receipt of the item. The problem with any electrical equipment, like an audio interface, is that there may be no signs of damage at first after poor handling in the post, but it can cause serious problems down the line and reduce the life span of the unit. The audio interface should have been sent with due care. Turramurra Music is the worst music seller that I have encountered on eBay. I would not recommend them at all, and would never do business with them again.
