Andrew and the team at Turul recently completed a project for us that involved creating a ground level living space under our raised Queenslander. This included the addition of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, lots of storage and interconnecting stairs. To quickly summarise the service and craftsmanship of the build, the Turul team from design to completion have been incredible. In the design stage, they were able to find efficient and creative ways to maximise how far our limited budget could take us and along every step of the way of the build, each trade conducted their craft with precision and care, showing professionalism and personability.

In a more extended review of this company, in a project as ambitious and daunting as the one we were taking on considering our limited experience with builders and the rigidness of our budget, from our very first meeting with Andrew he put us completely at ease, saw our vision, understood our limitations and left us feeling perpetually assured that our best interests had his utmost care and dedication.

As the project progressed, Andrew was in regular contact to ensure we were regularly updated and informed on all elements of the job. Similarly, we were given a high degree of flexibility, choice and customisation due to the great relationships Turul has with its suppliers and the commitment of this builder to source items that would contribute to the character of our heritage style home.

All in all, from Andrew to his trades to Megan in the office and all of their suppliers, they not only made this project a seamless experience, but stuck to their budget promises and took a constant solutions-oriented approach in delivering not only an amazing product and service, but quite honestly, making our dream home a reality.
