TVSN has a 24 hr customer service call center but unfortunately they do not give any customer service. The staff tell you conflicting things then refuse to listen when you say what the last person told you. They are agressve and intimidating and they will never let you talk to a supervisor or anyone else. Don't waste your time with this company if you want anything resembling customer service.

Sorry but just wrote an honest review of my experience, but lost it ans cannot be bother doing it again!!
Just beware if you request a refund, because it takes SO much longer to receive, than it does for TVSN to take your payment!

Not happy that they advertise goods will be despatched within 48 hours when this is not always the case.
Also would be good if provision available to select that goods can be left at residence if no one home, I live alone and sometimes have been out the back when postie arrives, and then have to go to the post office, not something I like doing during COVID.

The first line of contact with Tvsn is the call operators, and the man I spoke to was so so rude ...straight away, so bad when there are people out there desperate for jobs and would appreciate working, not this guy!!!!
TVSN this shows that despite your bubbly presenters at the heart of it you couldn't care less about customers.

Delivery of 65 inch blaupunkt tv was delivered by one person when should have been two. Advertisement for tv states must be delivered by two people to avoid damage. The packing box also gives clear delivery instructions with warnings. When delivered packaging was damaged. Awaiting call from tvsn manager. Two phone calls no return call as yet. Have since found can get tv cheaper elsewhere.

Tvsn lies to get the sale and when proof is submitted they do not even acknowledge it. They continue to blatantly lie. You cannot guarantee you will receive what you pay for.

TVSN doesn't care about customers only themselves

Over the years we have had extensive waits for products, some as long as 6 weeks, products advertised wrong and a host of other issues but today's issue has finally driven me to leave a bad review. A failure on their end has left me unable to purchase on their site until they process a late payment despite the fact that there was nothing wrong with our account, when I called CS a disinterested operator told me their was nothing they could do about their mistake. Now I will be unable to make the purchase and the item will be sold out by the time I can, any other organization would hold the item even if only for a short while. Extremely unhelpful and I will limit my purchases from this site in the future.

I have been a tVsn shopper for many years. I am starting to notice soooo many items which are extremely poor quality and YES I AGREE with other reviews the cost to return items makes it not worth buying from TVSN anymore. I have found so many other sites which have free returns so will no longer shop from TVSN. I have also found the same articles cheaper on other sites so I strongly recommend you look on other sites where you will find free returns, cheaper prices and no baby talk or patronising talk like presenters use on TVSN.
