I have been a tVsn shopper for many years. I am starting to notice soooo many items which are extremely poor quality and YES I AGREE with other reviews the cost to return items makes it not worth buying from TVSN anymore. I have found so many other sites which have free returns so will no longer shop from TVSN. I have also found the same articles cheaper on other sites so I strongly recommend you look on other sites where you will find free returns, cheaper prices and no baby talk or patronising talk like presenters use on TVSN.

I have been a TVSN customer for over 20 years, and am a Gold member. I'm extremely disappointed that I was unable to return a birthday present as it was 'outside the 30 day return policy'. My friend lives in London and celebrated her birthday in early April, but the item did not suit her and sent it back to me. I contacted TVSN this afternoon, and a very desensitized, callous 'customer service'(!!) agent said 'No, our returns policy is clad tight' and implied that there was nothing I could do. I asked him if I could send it back and ask for exchange or credit note, and he once again, malevolently responded with a firm NO. Dreadful and extremely disappointed. The irony is that TVSN happily extends their returns policy during the Xmas/New Year period, clearly catering for unsuitable gifts. You would think they would give a damn about their loyal, VIP Gold members. Obviously not! Extremely disappointed and questioning whether I should take my business elsewhere. I strongly urge all customers (Platinum, Gold and Bronze) to seriously reconsider, or ensure that you have read their Returns Policy PRIOR to purchasing any items. Their customer service is not what I had hoped for. I rang Fair Trading and they advised that whilst they were sympathetic to my experience, they were unable to progress the matter. They suggested that I take my custom elsewhere. May I suggest to senior executives at Direct Group (who own TVSN) the (General Manager) retrains his staff and on some occasions teach them to give a damn about their loyal customers. I work for a global organisation and this type of behaviour, especially in relation to our VIP customers is not tolerated. It seems loyalty and big spending gets you no where with TVSN.

I agree 100 percent. They take your money & never listen or care , just charge more $$ for postage. I've paid hundreds of $ in postage to them for faulty goods

I love TVSN, I love to buy shoes and whatever else I need to buy. I buy off here all the time. I'm actually going to buy something off the website next week :).
I am definitely recommending people TVSN website. Love this website or the channel!!

I was flicking channels one night recently to make sure none of my set up shows for record times had changed

I flicked on to this and they were giving a demo of what I have been looking for i rung and asked a few questions

so I watched and recorded most of the demo of the Little Yello steamer

It was just what I had been looking for it holds 1500mls not the usual cup it goes for an hour it cleans carpet/tiles/floorboards/ovens/toilets/cloths etc
I used it over 2 2day for the first time having breaks in-between

Orange light comes on less steam have to wait a minute or 2 to heat up if you want a proper heat steam job on it

I also took some before and after shots of my rug for myself on my ph you really see the difference

You get a heap of attachments and 6 microfiber cloths just thin ones though like when you are cleaning and wiping cupboards

it doesn't get hot on your hands while your using it it does hurt around your hand a bit I tended to keep it on the lock position it used more steam but stopped my hands hurting

guys give you a quote then charge you more and tell you that your room is larger than standard/was really dirty had to use more chemicals

Once you have it you can do it all the time and not have to worry about spending heaps on carpet cleaners/chemicals and go at own pace

The brush part for steam cleaning the carport was really good at picking up hair as well
It was ready in 11 minute

I went through 2 in just over 2 years first one was replaced under warranty second wasn't as was just past the year

It seemed to be the same issue though it gets blocked and just stops working I only used distilled water but still had the problem twice they can send you a link how to unkink a hose even if you cant see it may be kinked they said but it made no difference to mine tried it several times

Here is what prompted my comments:

I have never really liked buying over the phone & prefer instead to buy directly in shops, but after having seen one at a friend's place, I ordered an Oreck Air Purifier from TVSN.
Despite assuring me that it would have been delivered home, I pointed out to the operator that the parcel should be sent to the Potts Point PO, much closer than the Darlinghurst PO.
He again assured me that they "have a special agreement with Australia Post for which items are delivered to your door & there was no need to add the note..."
BUT
By 7 Dec I had received a card advising me that the parcel was at the Darlinghurst PO!
I spent endless hours talking to various people at Australia Post & TVSN customer service and...
Aust Post at first tried to justify my "being carded" with: "Well, we only card a client after the postman has attempted to do the delivery & no one is home"
I explained that on the day in question I was in fact home sick in bed & that no one had actually rang the bell...
Then I was told that - "some post offices do door to door delivery, but it is up to the person doing the deliveries & most do not want to & prefer to leave a card...
If you want the parcel transferred to Potts Point you will have to pay the fee..."
After numerous calls & much frustrating waiting time on the line, trying to locate the parcel, trying to make sense of the procedure used by Aust Post, eventually I was promised & assured they would transfer it ... "please ensure you call them to check..."
But since contacting either post offices had been an impossible task, I was forced to call the Australia wide number each & every time, having to relate my situation, waiting on the line for them to locate the parcel & figure out what had happened...some operators were nice enough, some ...!!!!
By 21 Dec I was told that - "Inexplicably, the free gifts which came with the Oreck Purifier have been transferred to the Potts Point post office, BUT NOT THE ACTUAL PURIFIER!"
and
"We suggest you contact the PO after Xmas to check if it is there..."
YESTERDAY, after cueing up at Potts Point & still with a long cue after me, the guys at Potts Point could not find the parcel. I suggested they would call me when less busy so to avoid the others waiting...
When I called TVSN customer service, I was shown very little concern with "well, you should take it up with Aust Post for once it leaves our warehouse, we have no idea what happens!"

CONCLUSION
My last call to TVSN was today, when the operator told me I could not speak to a supervisor & after asking me to explain the reason for my call, interrupted me to "Yes, yes, I don't want to listen to all the drama,...."
After pointing out that "the drama" had been caused by them & that I had no wish to start the New Year getting frustrated with uncaring operators, I asked her to cancel my order & return my money asap.

MY THANKS TO JOE & ANNE AT THE POTTS POINT POST OFFICE - who called me only 1 hour later to inform me that the Oreck purifier seemed to have been sent back but a smaller parcel had been transferred to them from the Darlinghurst PO.

Tvsn is a shopping chanell. I have bought a few kitchen appliances from tvsn .sometimes they have good prices although they aren't the cheapest they have part payment options which is great for keeping a budget.
Delivery is quick most times .
They have great quality ,they sell fashion,jewelry ,cosmetics and home appliances among other things give their website a visit or watch them on pay tv
At tvsn it's always top quality brands

I purchased a treadmill for TVSN and the process from buying it on the phone to delivery all went 100% well. I found it easy and straight forward to do. Well organised service.
