This is the worst business I have ever have the dis- pleasure to conduct business with!
I ordered a cake and arranged to collect it at a designated time. When I arrived the shop was shut and I was unable to contact anyone regarding my order.
Subsequently left a message and the store never bothered to contact me.
This resulted in me not having a cake I had promised for an occasion as it was too late to find a replacement.
Its a shame because the products are good. But the service is poor.

I would definitely not use this company again. The communication is always awful, this time we were told to pick up the cake at a certain time, no one there, we phoned, no answer. At last someone rang back and said she was sorry, she was ill but she had already spoken a short time earlier and agreed to be there. Then she said we could pick it up the next day, she wouldn’t deliver it, a day after the birthday! Then she backtracked and said no we couldn’t, even though it was supposedly in the freezer. Not a great way to do business.

This place must be missing out on SO much business! Two weeks in a row we have tried to order one of their lovely cakes but there's no list available on the net & no one returns calls. Time for some help to run the business maybe?

Desperately rang on a Friday after lunch to order a 21st cake for the next day, that had somehow been forgotten in the planning, and there was not a drama. The cake was absolutely divine and wonderfully presented. The recipient was over the moon and the feedback from all was that it was beautiful in looks and taste. Great value at $120. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a truly delicious desert!

A really nice bakery with all the yummy usuals. They also make cakes and they make really gorgeous well priced wedding cakes too.

If you are after a yummy desert for a dinner party or snack this place is great. They make huge gourmet cakes for parties and even little cup cake sized ones for yourself if you want to indulge. My favorite is the little lemon cupcake and mars bar cheesecake. It is a bit expensive yet not over priced but it is great quality and lots of effort is put into it so its worth it. Service seemed ok nothing to brag about.

Great cakes!!! First was introduced to them at A Cafe Etc on Jetty Rd Brighton which stocks a fair few of their products. I have always found them to be reasonably priced, but need to order your desired cake at least 24hrs in advance..as they dont always stock certain sizes. they also can custom make a cake and are open to a reasonable time. Best cake shop in the south in my opinion!!!

This business makes really great cakes, especially their Mars Bar Cheesecakes. Their prices are reasonable, but have had a little trouble some times with custom orders.
