They still have not contacted me back. I am investigating, after some advice that there might be some bogus reviews as some businesses use setup emails to make logins to boost their rating. I have even seen one of the people from Tynte leave a comment and gave themselves top ratings as well. They still have not called back on any of my calls. How many months do i have to wait!!
This is the only businesses i have reviewed that have acted like this. How can they still be in business??

My 21st birthday was on tuesday and i recieved a bunch of gerbras. they were beautiful and i was so excited, however today i found they were riddled with grubs big and small, all sizes and ages. i rang to complain and they wouldnt have a word of it, said all the ones from same day in storage still fine. insect/bug eggs lay dormant in cold. so when there flowers are in storage of course they wont hatch. so now i have wilted dying flowers( last time they lasted at least 10 or more days) as well as a heap of ugly grubs. not the best 21st present. I have also been waiting an hour for someone higher to call me..

I have recieved a call back, they cant do a thing apparently and they also refuse to even look at the flowers.. WORST FLORIST EVER...

they are happy to help u when you are a happy customer, but when things go wrong they dont wanna know.

I know exactly how you feel. I have found five better florists in the Adelaide CBD who have much better flower. Do what i do now and ask around beforehand.

I had a bad experience with some roses that i have put on here. They then wrote a message to me on this review site gave it five stars for everything and said to contact them. When I did I just got the run around, no body new what i was talking about. Obviously they wrote the reply to up their ratings... Shame on Tynte Flowers!

I ordered a dozen red roses for my wife for our anniversary. The flowers i ordered (one dozen red roses) came at about 4:30pm on the day i ordered them, but i did say i would be there until five. The driver was polite. The presentation of the flowers in the vase was nice nothing fancy just a standard decoration and placement, unlike the web site. I noticed that the petals had a slight black on the edges only about a millimeter or two, but told that was normal and will not shorten the life of the roses. By the end of the second day the black edged petals on the roses were now five millimeters and by the third day all but a couple were full bloom and not tight buds any more (not the type or rose you want in full bloom) and four were wilting and had flopped over. On the fourth day i rang and talked to a gentleman called Dominic who i asked if that was normal for roses as to me it was a bit disappointing. Dominic told me that it was not his problem as you have to ring with a complaint the day you receive the flowers. i said i was very disappointing as i could see my Wife was disappointed in the flowers. I explained i rang three other florists in the area and said that should not happen and two of them have a 'five days at least' guarantee. But Dominic said that i should have gone there and that his roses don't last that long. Dominic who seemed to be quite short in his temper and attitude, could not be reasoned with no matter how polite i was or how much information i had, he would not even look at the roses. i am very disappointed in this place and will be going somewhere else. this florist should only be used if there is no other avenue to go.

Tynte Flowers are always fresh, & they have bunches of flowers for $15, which is an absolute bargain. It makes sending flowers affordable & easy. And you can trust that they will deliver on time & of course, on budget. And there's plenty of options if its a special occasion & you want to spend a bit more - they have really nice food hampers & pot plants.

Simply the best - I also recently visited their shop at Hindmarsh and the range, services and prices are excellent, it is lovely to visit and pick up some beautiful fresh flowers - they are great quality and last and last - I won't use any other Florist

If you want stunning flowers that are guaranteed to be fresh and will last a long time, then this is the place to go. The prices are more expensive than most florists, but the quality is sensational and the arrangements look fantastic. They also deliver to most places, later than most florists and are open seven days.
