I had two punctured tyres the other day—one is deflating enough while the other have screw on it. I first researched the reviews of each tyre shops around Hoppers Crossing & Werribee, and Tyrepower has the best reviews so I rang them. Initial contact by phone and on shop is very professional. Came back after around 30 minutes and they fixed both, but I was only charged with one tyre because the screw on the other tyre didn’t really went through the innerliner. They could easily charge me for both tyres and I wouldn’t even know, or mind. But I was impressed with their honesty. The guys there are just plain good blokes & professional. The cost was also cheaper than K-Mart Tyre, and I thought K-Mart was synonymous with cheap. Next tyre issue I’ll be coming back. Absolutely recommended.

I recently had my car serviced at Tyrepower Werribee. I was very impressed by their customer service and their attention to detail. They even picked up on a cabin filter that was missing and supplied a new one. I am very happy with the thoroughness of the work that they did and with the price as well. I will definitely take my car back to them.

Great price and some really amazing service by Andrew. Had some issues with other businesses and he was the first person that didn't lie to me and provided me with some great old fashion service with a smile. The wait was short and what was quoted actually ended up being under what i was quoted anywhere else. But most of all the quoted price was actually the final price.Thankyou and i will be back.

Very impressive service. Tyres I wanted were in transit from overseas and were expected to arrive in a week but Paul arranged them from other stores within 24 hours after knowing how bad my current tyres were. I am usually a fussy customer but Paul and his team didnt give me any reason to complain. That's the kind of service only professionals render. Very helpful and understanding not to mention the 4 for 3 deal on tyres. Very neat, tidy and spotless officr and waiting room.
Will be recommending them to everyone.

I've had problems with my Aurion pulling to one side and scrubbing front tyres out for quit a while and just put up with it,was told it was "normal" after a quick visit had to new tyres fitted and wheel alignment done car drives perfect! great price and top service will be back.

Excellent customer service from initial phone call through to fixing our flat tyre. Comfortable waiting room (I was 7 months pregnant at the time so it was important)!

The guys were friendly and helpful, they rang me with queries and to keep me informed of progress.

I dropped in to find out if they can get me alloy wheels for my wife Ford Fiesta. Very polite and helpful stuff provided some options and promised to look for something more and call me. I went to three other tyre place on the same day. No one called me back except Jeff from Type Power. He found some wonderful Advanti wheels for our Fiesta. Now my wife and I are happy customers.

Jeff Darrington the salesperson that served me was very helpful, knowledgeable and courteous. He explained how long it will take for the tyre to be fixed. After the tyre was fixed, he also advised what the condition of the tyre was. When I enquired when are the back wheels due for replacement, he advised I do not need to change them yet, not for approximately 1 year. He worked this out based on the last time I had changed the front tyres. I do admire the honesty and left with a thought in my mind that it's a business I can recommend to my friends. I mean female friends who could safely go in to enquire and will not be over charged because they are girls and do not know anything about tyres like myself [that's why I brought my husband with me]. Overall, they were fast and very efficient.

Second time I have used them for tyres. Always polite and friendly. Almost matched competitors quote but could get the tyres quicker.

Clean, well presented premisies. Friendly, respectful and efficient service. I was kept informed about the progress of the fitting being done and the turnaround time was much quicker than expected. Staff were busy when I arrived. I needed a tyre fixed after driving home from shift work. The tyre was not in stock due to my choice of "KA" and was told it could be ordered and would arrive mid afternoon. The Manager personally listened to my shift work situation and offered to pick up my tyres personally reducing a six hour wait down to me driving away in just under an hour. The presentation of tyre power Werribee is immaculate. The waiting room, chairs, Tv, $1 cans of soft drink and when I needed the toilet honestly it is maintained better than some fine restaurants I have attended. Paul the Manager even included me in on the coffee run he was doing for his boys. Honestly I am usually quick to complain but this business is one not to be over looked when choosing a local car maintenance business. One very impressed and now very loyal customer. I had all sorts of troubles finding good qualiity tyres for my car at great price.
After numerous annoying calls to other Tyre places, I finally called Paul down at Tyre Power Hoppers Crossing.
He was so helpful and gave me really good quality tyres and a full alignment for nearly half the price I was being quoted elsewhere !
