I have a quote in writing they over charged me by $700 and made 2 extra sheers I never asked for . Even the curtain they made is way too short . Needless to say it’s getting handed to consumer affairs

I was very pleased with Lea and Ned who came and installed my shutters, they where very professional came in did the job no fuss and and good job done. Cleaned the mess and cleaned up after themselves, I was so happy with their service and the shutters looked fabulous I know they travelled from Brisbane to Gold Coast and still on their way to Mt Tamberine, hard workers need to be kept, so happy thankyou.

Very unhappy with award winner sales man's behaviour! Being our 3rd quote and advertised at 40% off and still come in dearer than competitors, he asked if we were happy with the quote and when we replied no as we assumed it would be 40% off the previous 2 quotes give or take depending on their purchase price, he took his arse in is hand like my 12 year old when not happy being told no! Not only did he try to convince us that the company marketing is true it is other companies not being upfront! He stormed off out the front door & when I tried thanking him for his time he cut me off with "YEAH SEE YA"
I called the office only to be cut of mid sentence by the admin and told they will get sales management to call.
WELL still no call!

Worst decision I have ever made. I ordered in July 2017, end of January 2018 and still waiting. I have to call weekly to keep on their case. They don’t return phone calls so I had to put my phone on private so they didn’t know it was me. Still to date my order is not complete. Once they have your money they are no longer interested in providing the service or product that they claimed to offer. I Wish I had picked any company but ublinds. Don’t make my mistake

If I could tear down the blinds & get a full $10k refund, I would do it & start again with another company.

I would not recommend this company. They took my money and did not finish the job. They did not return my phone calls or keep appointments. I have never experienced such a low level of customer service in my life as I have recently with UBlinds.

I wish I had read these reviews in advance, I think I could’ve saved myself the stress & hassle. I found the agents to be lovely, they took the measurements & payments details but I never heard from them again. I found there to be no end to end customer service or account management. I received no communication and no updates regarding the delay. My blinds were over 3months past the date that the sales agent committed to. When I called the 1300 #, I was referred to the installer didn't return calls or texts either.

I also found the blinds to be cheaply made, I have had multiple motors fail on my motorized blinds. However, even though they are within warranty, I refuse to deal with UBlinds again & have had to source an alternate motor (this time after completing due diligence!)

Common themes here: lovely rep took my order, the order was not delivered until months after promised when it was delivered, there were defects, they didn't take calls from me, they didn't communicate with me, when I finally made a complaint they blamed all issues with their company on me. They have also started to chase me up repeatedly to collect money – all while my order is wrong and incomplete.

Offering all the blinds, shutters and awnings for home or business. They have a huge choice of colour options and the service was great. Came out (Slightly late for our appointment) and did a full measure and provided many options for us to choose from. No hard sell, just offering what was available to suit our needs.
I did shop around before committing to this company - there prices were not the best but we felt that what they offered product wise was superior to the other companies.
