If I could tear down the blinds & get a full $10k refund, I would do it & start again with another company.

I would not recommend this company. They took my money and did not finish the job. They did not return my phone calls or keep appointments. I have never experienced such a low level of customer service in my life as I have recently with UBlinds.

I wish I had read these reviews in advance, I think I could’ve saved myself the stress & hassle. I found the agents to be lovely, they took the measurements & payments details but I never heard from them again. I found there to be no end to end customer service or account management. I received no communication and no updates regarding the delay. My blinds were over 3months past the date that the sales agent committed to. When I called the 1300 #, I was referred to the installer didn't return calls or texts either.

I also found the blinds to be cheaply made, I have had multiple motors fail on my motorized blinds. However, even though they are within warranty, I refuse to deal with UBlinds again & have had to source an alternate motor (this time after completing due diligence!)

Common themes here: lovely rep took my order, the order was not delivered until months after promised when it was delivered, there were defects, they didn't take calls from me, they didn't communicate with me, when I finally made a complaint they blamed all issues with their company on me. They have also started to chase me up repeatedly to collect money – all while my order is wrong and incomplete.
