Walked into browse a potential evening gown upon entering was rudely told (broken English)" We not have your size we only have size 14- 16" I was mortified and will not go there in future.

This is treasure trove packed full of clothes and I mean jam packed. The customer service was sadly lacking and I wasn't even approached or made eye contact with despite being one of two customers in the shop, but their range is great and they do sell some beautiful dresses that would be perfect for my bridesmaid.

Absolutly poor customer service, I was torn between two dresses - one was slightly damaged. The sales assistant told me if i purchased the damaged one i would not be eligable for exchange or refund, so naturally i purchased the dress with no faults instead upon paying for my dress, i asked the lady if i would still be able to bring the dress i was buying back for a refund if i didnt like it at home, she said yes and processed my card for payment. the next day i returned to have the same lady refuse me a refund and say she never said i would be able to return my purchase, also my credit note has an expiry, she all but called me a liar to my face and was nothing but rude. IT is obvious she misled me in order to gain a sale whilst having no intent to hold her word and give me a refund.
Avoid shopping here.

This store has the poorest business ethics I have ever experienced. The Manager stated "I am not obligated to offer you a refund by law even if you have a severe allergic reaction to our clothing, I have called consumer affairs and there are no laws in place" Then she stated "This comes under the change of mind law". I am bewildered at the response.
I purchased 3 acrylic and cotton blend jumpers since I have an allergy to wool blend jumpers. I tried the items on when I returned home. Initially, I noticed a prickly feeling then a red raised rash appeared all around my neck. The following day I returned them requesting a refund. Given the circumstances I felt it was a simple request. The storeperson witnessed the rash on my neck and also said she has allergic reactions to some of the items. She stated it should not be a problem . However Management have no sense of responsibiltiy when it comes to the harmful effects there clothing may have. They have refused to listen and understand. I cannot believe in this day and age that this company conduct themselves in this disgusting manner.

If the layout was different it would make it a lot easier to shop. Apart from that it's great. Affordable fashionable clothes and nice employees.

Clothing is reasonably priced in this store. Service isn't too bad either. The quality of goods is probably best matched to the prices you pay, but you can't really argue with that when you pay such reasonable prices. Range of clothing is really good as they have stock changing all the time.

Approximate cost: $30
