Uber

The last Uber rides i have had have all been extremely overpriced! The app is easy to use but the miscommunication with the surcharge fee leaves myself, the driver and the app on different levels. I have had three drivers be inappropriate and the quality of their cars were something unheard of. Won't be ordering an Uber anytime soon as i have now discovered Ola is a MUCH cheaper option.

I have never struggled with an app so much in my life. Spent over half an hour trying to signup then I couldn't get them to trace my location and there is no number or hotline to ask for help. After pulling my hair out I gave up I will never try to put myself through that ever again

I use this Application every weekend to call a cab. The taxi is always on time. I will use again.

Handy app to have. Saves time waiting for a taxi, you can book a car from your mobile phone. It also works with paypal, which you connect to a credit card so you don't even need to be carrying cash on you. So easy!

such a nice service! having my own chauffeur is so nice! i got a text and a call from the driver saying that he's arrived the destination, the car was nice too - excellent service

price is a bit higher than a taxi but definitely worth it

my friend suggested uber to me. its the alternative to a taxi service- can be a little more expensive depending on your type of car choice. So, lets be frank,. this is fantastic. you sign up on line and create an account. then whenever you want a ride somewhere, you request a pick up using the uber app (which locates you via GPS), and the nearest driver is outside and waiting. The cost of the trip is billed to your account. no money exchange, no tipping, nothing fussy, and no waiting for a cab and haviong to compete with all the other punters. Very good you are somewhere and cabs a hard to come by or you have no cash. all the receipts are available, and you can get get the cost of the triop before hand if you need to via the app. i love it.
