When we moved to Ballarat 12 months ago, we had to find a good doctor and a local pharmacy. From the moment we entered the pharmacy we were treated with great service and extremely friendly and helpful staff. Through one of the staff, we took her recommendation to use the Tristar medical centre and her recommendation of a doctor, and we have been very happy with the result. The girls call us by name and always have a smile and chat. The pharmacists are very knowledgeable and take the time to explain any new medications that might have been recommended. They also have a lovely display of gifts which I find very helpful for friends and family birthdays, and myself!

I've been a customer at various UFS Dispensaries for about 6 year. The Sebastopol shop is the one I use most often now. The shop on LaTrobe St packs my medication in a medico pack weekly and I pick it up at the Sebastopol shop. They rarely make mistakes and if they do they are quick to make amends. Diabetic supplies are at the Little Bridge shop including shoes for diabetics. You can get supplies for the disabled at the Sturt Street shop such as walkers, grabbers and other items. I've alway had friendly helpful service at each of the shop I've used. They also do home medicine reviews when your doctor recommends one. These are the services I've used. They probably have other services available.

Although busy, they are fast and efficient at dispensing medication. They also usually have my medications in stock, which is a nice change. If there is a long wait, say ten minutes, they tell you to come back in 10.
