"I purchased a Groupon voucher for a hair wash, cut, blow-dry, and treatment, but my experience at this salon was far from satisfactory. Despite the conditions clearly stating that hair longer than 20 cm past the shoulder would incur an additional $25 charge, I requested a shorter cut to avoid the extra fee. Instead of accommodating my request, the stylist was adamant about charging the extra amount or forcing me to cut my hair shorter than desired. The lack of flexibility was frustrating, but what truly soured the experience was the disrespectful attitude displayed by the stylist. Being told to seek a refund for the voucher in such a dismissive manner was the final straw. It's disappointing to encounter such poor service and lack of professionalism in what should be a relaxing and pampering environment."

i came to this salon earlier on last year to get my hair dyed. It was great value for many, especially since i got a dicount! they had a wide variety of colours to choose from , from black to orange! there service is really good and the people there are soo kind and are very gentle and take good care of your hair. i advise people looking to get their hair done to ome here!

I have been going to this hairdresser for about 5years with my mum and UJean Hair salon is the best hair salon that anyone could go to. My mum and I always get roots dyed because my mum grows white hair and I just don't want my roots to grow out. It is affordable but sometimes when they're busy they rush people. Overall it is the best hair salon you could go to.
