"I purchased a Groupon voucher for a hair wash, cut, blow-dry, and treatment, but my experience at this salon was far from satisfactory. Despite the conditions clearly stating that hair longer than 20 cm past the shoulder would incur an additional $25 charge, I requested a shorter cut to avoid the extra fee. Instead of accommodating my request, the stylist was adamant about charging the extra amount or forcing me to cut my hair shorter than desired. The lack of flexibility was frustrating, but what truly soured the experience was the disrespectful attitude displayed by the stylist. Being told to seek a refund for the voucher in such a dismissive manner was the final straw. It's disappointing to encounter such poor service and lack of professionalism in what should be a relaxing and pampering environment."
