On our first visit, we were given a handful of half price entry tickets which was very generous. I found that some parts of this playcentre seem to be a bit of a maze, so finding your child can get tricky, and somewhat scary! At one point, I couldnt find my child at all, calling out to her numerous times! Food was not too bad, they dont serve chai lattes though :( Overall, not a bad playcentre

I am very happy with this centre for my kids even tho they are still very young they still have a ball and play for hours. the staff are great and being their today was special for the kids having taken part in an easter egg hunt : ) as a family we love this centre.
It was busy and still the staff took time out to say hello to my little boy and worked with a smile. The food is great Oh and we liked the staff having bunny ears and face paint. such a cute idea. thumbs up from our family and friends

Approximate cost: $10

Took the kids here last weekend and I must say that it needs a very very good clean not one child I saw had socks on I thought that this was a policy of playcentres? compared to other centres I have being to this is one of the worst. Another thing about this centre I didn't like was that you could not see the kids from where you were sitting, there were some older kids running around who kept knocking over my friends kids and some others kids staff did see this occur on several occasions however simply ignored the situation I know that the parents should be watching their own kids but a little reminder from the staff would not have gone astray. Not a good centre for the young ones.

Approximate cost: $20.00

I disagree with your comments, it is policy for all play centres that customers needs to wear socks, that is why the centre also sells them. Each time I visit the cetnre with my friends it is the first thing they ask you for sockc & they adress the situation if no one has socks on.

That's strange that there would not be one child without socks, infact I find that very hard to believe!!! Each time I go to the centre I see every child with socks on as it is a condition of entry.
I do agree with you about not being able to see your kids and that is why they expect parents to supervise which is the norm with all play centres.
Anyway, hope you have a better experience next time as i luv going there!

We have visited here a few times and the kids do enjoy it. The big slides are great for older kids and even my 2 and 3 year old love them. I do worry about not being able to see the kids easily at times when its particularly busy.

The food is well priced but mainly fried.. my kids do love the jelly cups though, i feel entry is a bit more expensive that other places that the kids enjoy just as much.

Parking is a bit of a nightmare, but it is literally across the road from the train, so often we make an adventure of it and train it to the play center. The kids love it.

The craft room is great in theory, but in reality is a little disappointing. Yes there is paper and crayons available, but i expected a bit more and maybe a staff member to assist the kids in creating something they could take home. Our first few visits were during the week so i put the lack of craft down to it being quiet during the week, but we have also been on a weekend when the place is packed and still nothing really going on craft wise.

I find the staff efficient but, well, a bit surly for lack of a better term. They don't really engage with the kids at all, i would expect people who could at least pretend to like children to work at a play center.

Overall, its a regular hang out on our list, but not our favourite.

Went to a birthday party for my nephew & the birthday was done very nicely. Unlike other play centres where the food is cheap & nasty this centre not only had quality but the quantity was also noticed amongst some of the adults that were hungry. Face painting was included in the party & the kids luved getting this done. The staff are very friendly & ensure the party is running smoothly. I would highly reccomend this play centre for a birthday, beats cooking at home.

THIS IS A GREAT CENTRE FOR OLDER CHILDREN, ITS VERY HARD TO WATCH YOUR CHILDREN, ITS VERY NOISEY WHEN THE IS A FEW PEOPLE INSIDE, CAR PARKING IS TERRIBLE. NOT AS CLEAN AS OTHERS I HAVE BEEN TO. FOOD WAS GOOD & AT GOOD PRICES PROBLEY THE BEST THING ABOUT THE CENTRE. I FELT REALLY HURT & PUT DOWN THE WAY I WAS TREATED IN A CHILDREN PLAY CENTRE. MY CHILD WAS PUT DOWN BY THE STAFF/MANAGEMENT . I HAVE NEVER COME ACROSS THIS IN A CENTRE BEFORE IN THE MANY I HAVE BEEN TO THROUGHOUT MELBOURNE. NO ONE IS PERFECT BUT TO BE TREATED SO POORLY BY A CHILDS PLAY CENTRE WAS A TOTAL DISGRACE. I'M USUALLY A VERY HAPPY & POSTIVE PERSON BUT I CAN'T SAY ANYTHINK NICE THROUGH MY EXPERIENCE. WHAT STARS I GAVE IT WAS MORE THEN FAIR I WOULD GIVE IT O BUT I TRYED TO GIVE IT SOME POSTIVE . AS IT COULD BE GREAT WITH BETTER CARING & UNDERSTANDING ATTITUDE & GET IN THERE & GIVE THE EQUIPMENT A GREAT CLEAN.

( PLEASE TAKE NOTE THIS WAS MY EXPERIENCE & WHAT HAPPENED TO ME NOT EVERYBODY . I HOPE YOUR EXPERIENCE IS GREAT & FANTASTIC LIKE A PLAYCENTRE SHOULD BE. )

Approximate cost: $BIT EXPENSIVE FOR WHAT U GET

Went here a couple of times and its just been renovated inside its all nice and clean very well presented and has a good family vibe where they encourage mum and dad to go play with the kids.
They also do great birthday parties which is where my 2yo daughter had hers as well a decent cafe that serves nice fresh foods such as roasts, pizza and butter chicken as well as the usual pastries, coffee and chips, party pies etc
Try to go there one Friday night where you can feed the kids with all you can eat pizza and pasta after they have a play the centre is open every Friday night until 8pm

Approximate cost: $10
