I took my Mazda CX5 because of a fault light showing up on my dashboard. these guys in Tarneit checked through the device and in 10 minutes told me that we had reset the fault light. I kept asking what is the fault but the lady at the desk couldn't explain properly and kept asking me to pay the first $200. and then after arguing she said the engine oil was overfilled that's why the fault light was appearing and advised to come back if the fault light appears happens again. I took my car to the Mazda dealership for servicing after that and they advised it was a faulty vacuum pump that needs to be fixed or my brake could have failed.

So this Ultra tune ripped you off, didn't try to find and fix the fault, and charged you for doing nothing but spending 10 minutes with a computer device. I strongly won't recommend these guys to anyone.

OMG. OMG OMG. Freaking amazing. The BEST ever. i went to 2 other mechanics. my car had to ne towed to both. Autodome :( and Cassars :(. Autodome charged me nearly $2,000 and my car still didnt start. Cassar $700 still didnt start.
Wendy at Hoppers Ultratune was AMAZING. Shes more knowledgeable than any mechanic ive met in my 41 years of driving. she's got tume to spend with you. They were the most honest. just under $1,500 for tyres, alignment, power steering pump, lots of other parts and labour.
No one else could fix my car.
i started it and i cried. After 3 mechanics, 4 tows, 10 weeks without a car...Ultratune FIXED MY 1989 car!!!!

I had a simple job that required about 10 minutes work. They just fixed it, no charge. I think that that is to be commended.

I have had to deal with the guys at ultra tune hoppers crossing a few times in the last few weeks, i have been extremely impressed with the way they handled my issues and the speed and fantastic cost my repairs were carried out.

We've had our car get serviced here a few times and we've generally been happy with the outcome, definitely come generally recommended. At times we wonder about the costs of some items, but I think they would be the same elsewhere!

i have been going here for 5 years now and i will never look back. i always recive freindly,helpful service. they are even happy to drive you back home and pick you up if you have nobody to give you a lift while your car is being serviced. the service is quick and you never get overcharged. even if i move to the other side of town i will still come here to get my car serviced. one very happy customer :O)

Were very professional, treated well especially being a female. Was value for money and didn't try and add heaps of extras like some mechanics. Quick service and gave a bonus 12 month roadside assist. Very happy
