I have used these guys for over 10 years.I don't trust Dentists or mechanics as a rule, but very happy to recommend Them. They are straight down the line and have gone out of their way many times to be of extra help.

I highly recommend Ultratune McKinnon. Reliable, honest, great communication and they clearly explain what needs to be done now and in the next service. All of the positive reviews you read online are true. Will definitely take my car back here next time!

I was on the lookout for a mechanic for my regular car service; came across good reviews for these guys and gave it a go. They were very friendly on the phone, they picked up my car from my work place (luckily I work in the neighbouring suburb) called me halfway through to give a status update and brought the car back 30 min before the original estimate. The service book had a detailed entry of the work done, full invoice and receipt attached (I paid via phone exactly the same amount I was quoted). The car also got a light wash. Brilliant service!

Have been taking our 2002 Nissan Pathfinder to these guys for several years. Fabulous customer service, honest, pick up and drop off the car from work (when they say they will!!) & let you know what cost you're probably looking at for both the current service/work and anything that may need work in the near future. Appropriately priced. Absolutely recommended. Hesitant to recommend them in case it gets difficult to get my car in!

I went here to get a service because it was a convenient location and Ultratune are a nationwide company and should be reliable. There was a very deceptive pricing model for the service I got and ended up getting charged double what I was expecting from the website. After talking to the mechanic after the service I just felt like I was getting shafted, since the service the car has had issues, possibly unrelated but I wasn't happy with the service I received.
