I wouldn’t recommend this business at all
They ripped me off $807
for replacing 2 hoses and tried to replace the existing radiator which was brand new. Doesn’t phone and give my wife an estimate in advance just starts work and then says we’re 5 hrs in at $130 an hour until She’s in tears. Changes his tune when I phone and says it’s not the radiator after all but only a hose but difficult to get to. I phone 2 other mechanics who quote under $400 for parts and labour. But he’s already started
and 5 hours in without prior knowledge. Have to pay to pick up the car. I’ll be putting in a complaint to head office.
Don’t go there as they only tell lies to get your money

Highly recommend the team at Ultra Tune Midland. Called me during the day to let me know what was wrong with my car and how much it would be to fix. When I picked my car up, Dave the owner explained everything to me, The price was just what I was quoted, so excellent service and great pricing. I will be recommending you to everyone :)

I use to use Ultratune Midland many years ago after they fixed a broken light globe for me and only charged me for the globe where another mechanics wanted to remove the radiator and air conditioning to get in to change the light globe! I even got one of my family members to get their car serviced there. When I took my car there again a few years ago, I noticed the car service was quite a lot more expensive than the previous one which had been done 6 months prior. I asked if they had changed owners as I also did not notice the man at the front desk and he told me he was now the new owner. The car was serviced that day, as I previously said it was noticeably more expensive (in 6 months) but the car ran okay after the service. Last week I phoned them up on Saturday to get a quote; I provided the man with all of the details and he said the usual "I'll get back to you". I asked him when and he told me that day. Saturday, no call, Monday, no call, Tuesday morning, no call so I phoned them again. Went through the whole thing with them again and gave them all my details and the problems with the car that I wanted fixed. Again, "we'll get back to you". Now it is Wednesday and still no call. I will not be returning my car to this lot and my mother, who was getting her car serviced their has returned to Hyundai as she said the price is not any cheaper as it use to be.

Took my car to ultratune midland after being recommended by a work colleague and extremely happy with the service I received. Wasn't "ripped off" because I'm a woman, was called letting me know I needed brake pads done, unlike the last mechanic I went to whom changed extra things with out calling me first and hit me with a big bill!! I was charged exactly what I was quoted and I even got a 10% discount because of where I work. Very friendly team I will DEFINATELY be going back.

I took my car in for a full service set at a fix price. They never called me during the service to let me know that they were going to replace something and charge me for it. Every other mechanic shop I have taken my car to does the right thing, but this company didn't. I will never return there again.

The service was fast, cheap and the staff were very helpful. I will go back to this service again.
