I took my car to be repaired here upon RACVs recommendation after someone hit my car.

The service was absolutely terrible i picked my car up after 5 days and it was given back to me in worse condition that i gave it to them in, massive paint difference on the rear bumper, the metallic bronze insert on my bumper was now a matte silver, the whole car was covered in over spray from other paint that left my 2010 model car feeling like sand paper all over, plus they used my old bumper that was damaged and the paint work had cracked on it due to the old damage, they then tried to lie to me and said someone hit me and they would replace it when i brought it back, on top of that 5L of my fuel magically disappeared while my car was in their care.

Obviously i did not want to take my car back there so i fought with RACV to take my car else where and after they decided to let me, i then received a call from the manager practically begging me to come back and give them another go, which i obviously declined but that was a further annoyance.

RACV recommended this place after my husband backed the car sideways into a concrete pole at the shops.
When I rang, the women was helpful and told me to bring in the car ASAP for a quote. I went there that afternoon at 10 to 5. The staff has mostly gone home, and it took a while to get the guy to have a look at the car. He didn't do much at all (no photos), just booked me in for 2 weeks time.
2 weeks later, I dropped the car off (Monday). I was told it would not be available until at least Friday (other places had quoted 3-5 days).
Friday came and I heard nothing. I rang them to find out what was going on. I was told they had ordered the wrong part and it would not be ready until Monday. As I was paying for a rental car, I told them this was not satisfactory and they told me they would cap the price of the rental car at 5 days only. I was happy with this outcome.
Monday came and I did not hear from them. I rang again, and was told the car was ready for pick-up.
When I picked up the car, I was happy with their job. They had also cleaned the outside/inside of the car, even managed to get the many dog hairs off everything!
I paid only for the amount of our RACV excess. I am not sure what the actual quote was.
