Another standard satisfactory boring restaurant - nothing notable except for large meals which are "hit and miss". I have been here a few times and had fairly good meals, friends have ordered some bad meals.

I went to this restaurant on the weekend for dinner with approximately 10 other people. The service was good - prompt ordering and delivery of food. The food itself was ok, nothing special. The prices were standard. All in all, a satisfactory boring restaurant.

I shop at Rowville IGA when I am looking for something different. They have a great range, including brands that Coles and Woolworths don't offer - including a great range of Weight Watcher products. Their prices are more expensive which is a shame - I would shop there more if they were more competitive.

KMart at Rowville was recently refurbished and look amazing! However, their range of products has gone down - rather than having 3 or 4 brands, they now mainly stock KMart generic brands only. This is disappointing as, although very cheap, they are generally poor quality. What I do like is their clothing range (good for a new outfit on a small budget), and their seasonal/ giftwares such as Christmas at the moment (much cheaper than anywhere else).

The reason I occasionally still go to Coles is because they are in a better location - inside the shopping centre next to KMart and other boutique stores. They also have different specials which at times can be better than Woolworths.

Pros: large range of products (more than Coles across the road), reduced bread/ meat in the evenings, good range of specials across the month
Cons: fresh fruit/ veg has been disappointing (esp celery, onions, potatoes, stone fruits)

Dr. Graham Irving (dentist) was recommended to me by a family member. I was very impressed by his bedside manner - he kept me distracted from what was happening in my mouth by talking about what he was doing mixed with other general chatter, but was not over-the-top and did not ask for answers back (very annoying trait in some dentists - you have your hand in my mouth, I can't answer you!). He knew that I did not have private health insurance so he kept the work/ cost to a manageable amount. I will be going back to him again soon.

I have dined at this restaurant a number of times and always been impressed with their food and service. Their main meals are average in price ($20-30), pizza and specials slightly cheaper than that. The only con is the number of tables/seats they squeeze into the room, and therefore the very noisy atmosphere - you can hear everything of the conversation of the table next to you!

We have been tenants with Ray White Rowville for 2 and 1/2 years. They have provided very disappointing service is this time, particularly with respect to getting repairs done. A couple of examples:
1. Our hot water service is very dodgy and fails regularly. When we called Ray White on a Saturday because we had no hot water, they told us they could not do anything until Monday morning (despite hot water being an essential service they have to provide). After much arguing and shouting down the phone, they eventually agreed to contact the Landlord to get him to fix the problem.
2. During the wild storms in March '10, both of our skylights were damaged and needed to be replaced. Ray White would not believe us 3 months later that the Landlord had still not fixed them, despite them taking photos the day before! They offered no support in solving the problem and we had to resort to filing a Breach of Contract.
