Ordered a high-end custom Computer build from Umart. The first time they POSTED it to me the inside was scrap metal. The $2200 Graphics card was hanging almost unsupported. The second time they posted to me was the same. See the video of the epic fail. The customer service is the worst of any company. Umart had displayed the incorrect information on their website (which they have fixed now) and when we discovered it was not the product we ordered they refused to give a full refund.

simply the best for value and speed. i was looking around online for ssd hds and everywhere i looked they were overpriced and umart had none of the brand i was looking for. so i emailed them and within 2 weeks they had stock and at the lowest price. dont expect much in the way of friendly service though, no bad service just no joy in there tone. overall though i wont shop else where for pc goods

Umart is a great company to by your computer parts, they often have the best price that I can find. The website is well designed and you can see what items are in stock. You can pre-order and still pick up your goods, gaining access to a discounted price.

I discovered UMART through a friend. I went there to purchase a new router for my computer, and found that they were very reasonably priced. I was able to purchase a fantastic product for a fair price. Service and help was fantastic!

This shop is the best place to get any computer parts, most stuff in stock and only takes a day or 2 to get in. Price good.

I needed to build a new computer from scratch and was looking for a supplier who could source quality parts, cheaply. Umart did just that but I found myself not really knowing what to do when I picked up the order because there were people everywhere and no real defined areas.

I found this service very intimidating the first time i went there. I don not know alot about computer and was not sure what software etc i needed (i had a computer built from scratch). The sales man i dealt with was very sharp and unfriendly and clearly frustrated that i didn't speak his lingo. In the end i did get a great product, and saved hundreds of dollars. I have tried them again since, with better results

I went into the store looking for 15m of Cat-5 cable. I walked in and saw a long line with people holding numbers like a Woolworth's deli. Turns out you can't just buy things as you walk in and if you do you need to wait in line to use their one computer to register an account and order it that way and wait for your order to be filled. There was no opportunity to examine the product and the sales people were quite rude and impersonal. I just left.
